Purchase conditions

These general conditions of hire apply to all commercial transactions made in our virtual store, https://www.vinipatch.com, hereinafter VINI PATCH. For more information about VINI PATCH and our Privacy Policy see the Legal Notice housed at the bottom of each page of this store.

We kindly ask you to read these Terms of Purchase and our Privacy Policy carefully before placing the order. If you do not agree with all the Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you should not place an order.

Vini Patch offers products for sale on www.vinipatch.com to final users and wholesalers. The products sold by VINI PATCH are articles related to the repair of surfboards.

CONTENTS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEB PAGE

VINI PATCH reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications on products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. VINI PATCH makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained in the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time there is an error of this type, alien at all times to the will of VINI PATCH, it would be immediately corrected. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, VINI PATCH will inform the customer of the error and the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase without any cost on their part.

Regarding the contents of the website, VINI PATCH could, at times, show provisional information about some products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to rescind his purchase without any cost on his part.

PRICES

The current prices that appear on the website at the time of formalization of the order will be applied.

The prices of the products exhibited on the VINI PATCH website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21%.

 

WAY TO PAY

Payment by credit or debit card. Visa, Visa Debit, Visa electron, Mastercard. The customer can choose the payment by credit or debit card, so that the transaction will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Payment by bank transfer.

The customer must make a bank transfer for the total of the transaction to the account indicated by the seller. A maximum period of 5 working days from the order confirmation to receive the amount is established. If after this period the transfer has not been made effective, the order will be automatically canceled and the contract will be understood as resolved. The client must indicate the following data in the transfer:

ID or NIF and name of the natural or legal person to whom the order should be billed.
Billing address if different from the delivery, CP, town, province and contact telephone number
Order number, automatically assigned by the system at the end of the purchase process.
Indicate as a beneficiary of the transfer to VINI PATCH.

 

SHIPPING COSTS, DELIVERY TIME AND TRANSPORTATION

Shipping: They are consigned in the invoice. In case of return of the merchandise (Art.44 of the Law of Retail Trade), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Deadline for delivery: VINI PATCH sends orders to its customers through different urgent transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The delivery date at the customer’s address depends on the shipping area. The indicative transport periods are available in the section of our website “Faqs: How long will it take for my VINI PATCH to arrive from the moment I make the purchase?”

The transport periods can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise.

Transportation: Merchandise shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday and always having specified the address with the customer. The transportation of the products will be consigned in the order. In case of damage due to transport, the customer must make it appear on the delivery note of the carrier. It will not be admitted claims for damage caused by transport after 24 hours from receipt and delivery of the goods. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer will receive the corresponding delivery note.

 

PURCHASER’S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

 

VINI PATCH guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 44 of the Retail Trade Regulation Law, the buyer may make the return within fourteen business days following receipt of the goods under the same conditions in which it was delivered. The seller, for his part, will return the amount of the order to the buyer within a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise according to the delivery note of the carrier.

Revocation of orders and returns of goods will not be accepted after the indicated periods.

The return will not imply any penalty to the buyer but must take care of the direct cost of returning the product.

If a product other than that requested by the customer was delivered in error by VINI PATCH, it will be removed and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

 

The VINI PATCH customer is committed at all times to provide accurate information about the data requested in the purchase forms.

The client undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these Purchase Conditions, understanding that they reflect the best possible service will for the type of activity carried out by VINI PATCH.

The customer agrees to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual schedule of delivery of goods (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 16 p.m. 00 to 18:00). In case of breach by the client of this obligation, VINI PATCH will have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.

PURCHASE GUARANTEES

VINI PATCH is responsible for any defective product in accordance with the law 23/2003 of July 10, of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which recognizes the consumer’s rights of repair, replacement, price reduction or return.
